Talking to kids about sex and sexuality will be one of the most difficult parents will be facing, as it is one of the most crucial thing both the parent and the children have to encounter. Not educating the kids about sex and sexuality is also a refrain on the parents. So what will be the best time for the parents to talk  about sex and sexuality ?

  • There are different ways to talk about sex and sexuality.


The influence of the parents on kids is so high, too many activities. Their sexual activities too depend on their parents. It is believed that teens who have good conversations with their parents about sex are believed delay their sexual activities, have few partners and use condoms while having sex and contraceptives to avoid STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases).

How to deal ?

Firstly, explain the kids about their bodies, about male and female bodies, which will be easy for them to understand their lives much better. Even if it is of no use in the initial stages, in future it will touch their lives and make each other understand much better than any other individual.

Educate them about Puberty, STDs, Testicular Pain, Masturbation, Male Menopause, Female Menopause, Sexual Health, Paraphilia, Erectile Dysfunction (Impotence) and others. Educating them will make them sexually healthy.

Do not go about saying about having sex. It can be in the later stages, when you don't feel uncomfortable speaking about these things.

Consult your doctor for sexual health and also the right time to speak about sex and sexuality. This will depend on the ability of your children to understand things.

Most of the parents don't even know what the child is doing in his room, school and other activities. He spends only little time in the home, the rest of time he spends is with his friends. Most of the schooling going teens are prone to read third rated XXX books and watch 3rd rated sexual books.

With all these 3rd rated books and movies, they tend to go in the same way and end in things which they have not even imagined. Either they become sex addicts or they do not understand what sex is it. With all these 3rd rated books and movies running in their minds, they lose the essence of sex, which is love.

Indian Schools & Sex Education:

Schools have made it very necessary that the students in the school get sex education for compulsory. They are made to understand their bodies, sexual life cycle of a human right from puberty, having sex, ovulation and other things.
