| Process | Description |
| Raw input analysis | The data which is given by client/ Subject Matter Experts (SME) is
analysed and relevant information is extracted to develop SB. |
| Narrowing down the animation type. Ex: 2d, 3d… | According to the information extracted, the style of the course is
fixed with the below types. 2D animation, 3D animation, stop motion animation, motion graphics |
| Audio scripting | Scripting is done in such a way that the students are engaged all
the time while the course is taken. |
| Storyboarding + Image sourcing + Instructions to Graphic designer | A storyboard is prepared by the instructional designer in
such a way as to intrigue the learner visually. It is often represented using
pictures, icons, charts, screenshots, clickables, external links, or
animations. The images are sourced via various stock-free sites. A clear set
of instructions are given in the storyboard for a better understanding of
  flow and content. |
| Assessment | A quick knowledge check is added in-between the topics to make the
learners remember. The final assessment is added to the end of the course to check
  the learner understanding. |
| Storyboard Review & Sign off | The prepared storyboard will be sent to the peers for review and
followed by a sign-off of the storyboard |
| Course development + Review | The signed-off storyboard is sent to the client for the course to
be developed. Once the course is developed, it is reviewed and sent for fixes. |
| Review fixes + Sign off | The fixed course is reviewed. |
