Because,

Our lives changed.

Our lives are changing.

You are a part of the pandemic.

You or someone you know tested positive. 

You cared for them.

You want to hug it out but couldn’t.

You want to help and you did by staying home.

You did all you could to keep the world safe and loved.

So give yourself a nice pat.
