Tasty Non-sticky Masala Macaroni : How to cook(with pictures)
A quick bite recipe. Who wouldn't love macaroni. The biggest problem about cooking macaroni or spaghetti is that they often tend to stick to one another and becomes like mashed potatoes. Here are few tips to cook non-sticky macaroni easily.
While boiling macaroni add vegetable oil or ghee or butter. I prefer using butter. Add butter while boiling so that each piece do not stick to each other and moreover the macaroni pieces become super non-sticky. The very sight of it makes you want to eat it immediately but wait lets make it more yummy.
Ingredients required:
- Macaroni
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Garam masala
- Red chilli flakes
- Black Pepper
- Butter
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
How to cook Tasty Non-sticky Masala Macaroni
Boil the macaroni for about 2 minutes
- Add salt to taste
- Add butter as required, so that macaroni do not stick to one another.
- Boil it till you are sure that macaroni is cooked
- Then drain the water
- In a pan add oil or butter and add finely chopped onion, tomato and saute well.
- Then add garam masala and mix it well
- Now add the masala to the boiled macaroni and mix it well
- Now add chilli flakes and mix
- Finally add salt and garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves
- Add black pepper to taste
- Serve it
